A Survey on Issues in Cloud Data Security

Abstract

Cloud consists of large number of servers. Tremendous amount of information is stored in cloud. There are several issues associated with cloud computing such as storage, scalability and security challenges like confidentiality, integrity and privacy. Ensuring security to the cloud data is an important issue. Considering the security and privacy within the cloud there are certain threats to the user’s sensitive on cloud storage.While moving towards the concept of on-demand service, resource pooling, shifting everything on the distributive environment, security is the major obstacle for this new dreamed vision of computing capability.This paper analyzesvarious security issues in cloud such as confidentiality, integrity, availability and authorization.
